…THE BACK STORY TO THIS LP IS I BROUGHT A COUPLE OF BOXES OF RECORDS A FEW YEARS AGO FROM A FRIEND OF MINE WHO IS INTO CRATE DIGGING FOR HIS SAMPLING AND MUSIC PRODUCTION HE GETS ABOUT DOING THAT, AND DJ'ING PLACES, AND IS ALWAYS PICKING STUFF UP, HE'S GOT A LOT OF RECORDS SO NOW AND AGAIN COMES ROUND TO SEE ME WITH SOME STUFF TO OFFLOAD AND ALWAYS ENDS UP LIGHTENING MY POCKETS
THERE WAS SOME OTHER AFROBEAT STUFF IN THERE, SOUL, FUNK, JAZZ THAT SORT OF THING, ANYTHING PRISTINE HE TAKES TO RECORD DEALERS TO SELL, I TEND TO GET THE THINGS WITH SCUFFED COVERS OR A BIT OF DUST ON THEM OFF HIM, THAT MORE HIGH END DEALERS TURN DOWN, ANYWAY SO THIS WAS IN THERE AND I NOTICED IT APPEARS TO BE SIGNED BY THE MAN HIMSELF FELA KUTI

CONDITION WISE THE RECORD HAS A BIT OF AN EDGE WOBBLE BUT NOTHNG TOO SERIOUS IT SITS FLAT AND TRACKS PERFECTLY FROM THE START JUST A MINOR COSMETIC NOTE REALLY THE SURFACE IS CLEAN REALLY WITH ONLY SOME MINOR WISPY CONTACT HAIRLINES HERE & THERE IF YOU LOOK CLOSELY IT PLAYS THROUGH WELL WITH JUST SOME LIGHT SURFACE PRESENCE AUDIBLE NO DAMAGE OR PROBLEMS OF NOTE JUST LIGHT SIGNS OF GENERAL AGE AND USE, THE SLEEVE IS FULLY INTACT AND SHOWS SOME LIGHT GENERAL AGE AND SHELF WEAR AND HAS A NOTE WRITTEN ON THE INSIDE WHERE THIS WAS PASSED ON AS GIFT TO SOMEONE IN 1989, PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES

VINYL GRADING FOR SINGLE ITEMS
I only list items on their own that are in an overall great condition, that look clean, play well and will make a nice addition to a collection.
Anything dusty, soiled, damp, mouldy, scratched or obviously that has not been cared for I don't bother with!
I include a brief note above and do give most of them a bit of a spin as I list them and use the standard 'Record Collector' grading terms conservatively.
EXCELLENT - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packag­ing might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable sur­face marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Please check my feedback and see I have a good reputation here on eBay selling used media; I take it seriously and look after my customers.
That said I prefer not to deal with totally OCD collector types who will be upset about a spec of dust, minor crease or some minor fleeting limitation in playback - they are used analogue items, many well over 30 years old (like me hehe) not digital streams or CD's.

I do this economically using Royal Mail for orders up to 2kg and DHL or Hermes for larger parcels depending on where they are going, the contents, value and that sort of thing.
