Record in excellent condition. Sleeve in overall very condition with some wear on edges and some light creases.
Please note that I am wary of using 'official' gradings as this is often down to individual opinion and I have seen many records (especially sleeves) marked as being in very good condition when I would consider them 'well worn'. I would only offer to sell a record in a condition that I would happily buy.
