Record: VGVG  (Both sides have surface noise, can still hear clearly)        Labels: VGVG (Both sides have some scribbling, which can be seen under a light. Bit of wear around center hole on both sides)         Cover: VGVG (Wear along the edges and corners. Some surface wear on both sides. There is a 1" opening on the top edge)
