This is the classic 1976 self-titled debut LP by the legendary Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. It is an original early 80s reissue on the MCA Backstreet label (37143) from my personal collection. I played it a bit when I was young so the vinyl has a bit of wear but still plays fine. In the late 80s, I purchased the CD and it's been in storage ever since. I would grade as VG+ as the corners has some slight wear. Cheers!
