This is Naked Raygun's 1986 indie rock classic second LP "All Rise" on the legendary Homestead label (HMS 045). I believe it's the first pressing based on the description as I bought it upon its release. I played it a handful of times when it was released but then I bought the CD, and it's been in storage for more than 30 years and I would grade as VG+ as both the vinyl and sleeve are in really good shape, and the cover jacket as well except for some slight wear around the corners.
