This is North Carolina R&B singer Wilbert Harrison singing Hank Ballard's classic "Kansas City" on Fury 1023 from 1959. This # 1 chart record looks to be a strong VG++ with very minor surface markings but plays in NM condition. There are two custom picture sleeves - both in MINT condition. The blue sleeve was available over the internet in the 90's. The picture sleeve with the map is a custom sleeve that is made in Canada or England and is one-off and not mass produced. This item comes in a clear, resealable, poly-vinyl protective sleeve with a cardboard backer separating the record from the picture sleeve.
