This is Americana legend James McMurtry's 1989 LP "Too Long In the Wasteland" on vinyl. It is an original Columbia release (FC 45229) from my personal collection. I played it a bit when I was young but it still plays fine and it's been in storage since the early 90s. I would grade as VG+ as both the vinyl and lyric sleeve are in good shape except for tiny seam splits along the edges. There is a tiny amount of wear on the cover, but the cover overall is in good shape. Cheers!
