This is the legendary Replacements' and their classic 1982 mini-LP "Stink" on the Twin/Tone label (TTR 8228). It is an original 1986 reissue (fourth pressing?) from my personal collection. I played it a bit when it was released before buying the CD and it's been in storage for more than 30 years. I would grade the vinyl as VG+ and the paper sleeve as well while the cover jacket is in great shape except for some very slight wear around the edges and corners. Cheers!
