This is an electronic LP from the Cocteau Twins titled ”Heaven Or Las Vegas” published in US as a white label Promo on Capitol Records, Cat # SPRO-79415/79427, 12” 45rpm in 1990 . Condition is Used, vinyl appears Unplayed with no marks on vinyl and no spindle marks on white label. Top of cover has a small crush about one inch in length on front,has no seam splits but there is some wear on the edges from storage and slight ring wear on right side front cover. Shipped with USPS Media Mail.
