The clear vinyl is visually graded as EX+, clean and glossy with no obvious marks. There is occasional light background inbetween, I think down to the press rather than condition, however it's faint and not intrusive.The sleeve grades as a strong VG+ with a clean wide spine and no splits, tears, writing or heavy creases. All corners are still nice and sharp, just one light crease to the bottom right corner (see pics).
