The record looks barely played and has hardly any marks and grades EX+.
The plastic PVC sleeve has some light creasing and there is a 2 inch split on the bottom edge and a 3 inch split down one side and it grades VG+.
The die-cut card sleeve has some very light wear. Very light edge/corner wear. There is a small light crease on the bottom edge near to the right corner and on the bottom edge of the die-cut hole (see picture). Some very light ring wear/rubbing marks and it grades EX.
