This is the legendary R.E.M. and their classic 1982 EP "Chronic Town" on vinyl. This is an original I.R.S. release (SP 70502) from my personal collection. I played it a lot when I first owned it back in the day and it's been in storage since the 90s. I would grade the vinyl and plain plastic sleeve as VG+ while the cover jacket is in great shape with just a slight bit of wear around the edges and a creasing in the lower right corner as seen in the pic.
