Obi Strip -- EX++ : The original paper band type obi strip, this has no tears, splits or seams coming undone. All information on here is in Japanese. 

Insert -- 1 Insert : The original insert which is 1 pages 2 sides long, on here is a track listing in English and Japanese, the lyrics in English and some information in Japanese. This has no rips, tears or creases, but has yellowed very slightly through age and humidity.
