Payment is required within 3 days of sale date. Unpaid item cases will be automatically opened by Ebay after 4 days. Please be aware several states now require sales tax to be collected. Since we are located in North Carolina, NC residents absolutely, must pay sales tax.
Return Policy:
Since we only accept returns on some of the items we sell, please read the listing carefully to determine if the item(s) are eligible for return. For items that we are able to accept returns on, please be aware that the buyer is responsible for return shipping and the original shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
Since Paypal is no longer refunding their fee to sellers in the event of a return and/or cancellation, we may impose a 2.9% restocking fee.

Returns are accepted only if items are significantly not as described and the items must be returned in the exact same condition. Electronic devices must be factory reset and unlocked before returning. Android, Samsung, and Apple Devices must be reset properly otherwise you could risk locking the device, contact us for assistance. We will not accept returns for locked devices. We REQUIRE insurance and signature confirmation on ALL purchases of $250 US or more. The cost will be included in the total shipping cost, you will not incur additional charges.
If your purchase totals less than $250 US and you wish to have your item insured, OR wish to have signature confirmation added, we will be glad to provide either UPON YOUR REQUEST so long as you are willing to cover the additional cost.
