VAN HALEN 1984 LP Vinyl. Condition is "Used". This was picked up at an estate sale so I'm not entirely sure of overall care. The copyright is 1983/1984 so I don't think this is a remaster. The cover has some shelf-wear and a few minor dings. The sleeve has some splitting and a few tears. The record seems to be in good shape, aside from some dust. Based on my understanding of the record condition guidelines, I would say this is VG+, but I am far from a professional assessor.
