The record looks barely played and grades NM.
The fold out insert has hardly any wear apart from some very light foxing and grades EX+.
The gatefold sleeve (with obi strip) has very light wear. There is a very small corner bump on the bottom two corners. There is some very light yellowing/foxing on the front and back with slightly more on the inside. The very lightest of ring wear/rubbing marks and it grades EX.
