As a hospice charity we rely on volunteers to offer our online service. With the exception of a few small ranges, majority of our stock is donated to us from our fantastic supporters. We also try to reuse packaging wherever possible, to ensure every penny we make goes directly into supporting Martlets patients and their families.

We allow all our auctions to run their course, without offering a buy it now option, unless originally listed that way.

We try to ensure our photos give a good description of the items condition.

We can combine postage costs of 2 or more items, please just request an invoice once you have purchased and we will get the discount arranged for you.

Collection can be arranged for all our items from our Hove based office between 9-4:30 Monday-Friday.

Furniture is offered as collection only unless advertised with a shipping option. We can not offer packing on these items for courier collection.

We only offer international shipping via eBay's Global Shipping Programme, we cannot offer direct courier shipping.

We are still dispatching several times a week and are achieving our usual delivery time of 3-4 working days in most cases.

However, due to some delays we have seen with couriers, we have extended our dispatch and delivery times to manage expectations.

Martlets is a Hove based hospice charity, providing end of life care and essential services to people affected by terminal illness.
