This is the legendary Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band and their "Trout Mask Replica" double LP on vinyl. This is a late '70s reissue on Reprise Records (2MS 2027) from my personal collection. I played it a bit when I first owned it back in the day and it's been in storage since the early 90s. I would grade the vinyl and plastic sleeves as VG+, while the cover gatefold jacket is in decent shape, but has some slight wear and creasing around the edges and corners as seen in the pictures.
