Please take note that there is some severe tearing at the bottom of front most likely due to sticking to another album. Other than that the rest of the sleeve looks nice aside from some small spotting on front and back bottom. The record itself would actually be near mint if not for one longer scratch. It's just a light scratch not deep and doesn't affect any play, it's just noticeable upon examination. Although there is tearing on the front there is no other signs of water damage
