I am the original owner. All my albums are stored in a smoke-free home.
NOTE: There are two tears on the inner sleeve. The longest one is about 7" long. (See pics for close-ups)
This will be shipped with the record OUTSIDE the sleeve and jacket to avoid any further damage to the sleeve during shipment. It will be boxed in an album box.
