Up for sale is one(1) Elton John - Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy LP from 1975 with the gatefold cover on MCA Records (#MCA 2142). There is No Barcode. 

***HAS 3 of the 4 ORIGINAL INSERTS.*** ****THE FAN CLUB ORDER FORM IS A 2 SIDED PHOTOCOPY***

Comes with the original Poster, lyric booklet, scrap booklet and a 2 sided photocopy of the fan club order form. The fan club order form is almost always missing from this set. The inserts are in great shape.  

The gatefold cover is in Very Good condition (this cover typically does not age well, but this one is in great shape) with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, scrapes, white fade spots, a few crumples, and ring wear. 

The vinyl is in Very Good condition but has some surface marks that will cause some pops & clicks along the way and you will hear surface noise. The surface marks do not cause any skips. 

I recently played this LP and it sounds great(except for the surface noise, mostly during the quiet parts). It plays all the through without any skips.

Nice fairly clean labels with some minor spindle marks. 

I obtained this LP in the late 1970's. It was gently played many times back in the day. I haven't played this LP in over 35 years. It has been in storage ever since.
