The record has hardly any marks grades EX.
The sleeve has some very light edge wear on the top edge but there is quite a bit in the middle of the bottom edge. Very light corner wear. There are some very small light creases around the edge but slightly larger/heavier ones down the spine. Light ring wear/rubbing marks and it grades VG+ to EX.
