Mint - Virtually Brand New minus the plastic
Near Mint - As close to mint as possible without being mint (maybe a super small hairline or two)
VG++ - Very good condition that looks very clean but might have a few superficial marks
VG+ - Overall nice condition with some feel able and non feel able marks
VG - Feel able marks, superficial marks and other noted issues
Good - Playable with lots of noise, feel able marks, superficial marks

Record: NEAR MINT (some superficial marks on disc 2 (side 4) give it a NEAR MINT- condition to me as they are superficial and paper swirls at most, disc 1 is virtually unplayed looking and should be a MINT or MINT- condition, killer shine on both, RARE RARE RARE in this amazing condition)
Jacket: NEAR MINT (Few marks, slight ringwear, killer shine and super clean overall, nothing major beyond that (see photos)
