People love my quality records and quick service!

Vinyl LP + hidden 7″ of live songs. Edition of 500. Teenage Gizzard is a newly unearthed collection of the very first material ever recorded by King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard between 2010 & 2011. It includes three early singles, two B-sides, four tracks from the band’s first non-official EP Anglesea, and one track considered to be long lost – until now! Teenage Gizzard is a glimpse into the past of one of the most prolific bands in rock history.

NOTE FROM WE ARE BUSY BODY RECORDS:

King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard launched a Bootlegger Series with their 2017 release, Polygondwanaland, that saw a ton of really unique formats. When they announced a 2020 version with multiple options, we decided we wanted to participate. Having seen the band many times and owning all of their records, we knew that if we wanted to participate, it would have to be unique.

With that said, we’re excited to announce a colour in colour version of Teenage Rampage along with a hidden 7” featuring different live versions of two songs recorded at four different concerts. The 7” features:

A:
1. Mr. Beat (Live in Paris ’19)
2. Horology (Live in Adelaide ’19)

B:
1. Horology (Live in Asheville ’19)
2. Mr. Beat (Live in London ’19)

The only thing is you have to find the 7”. It comes with the record, that much we’ll give you. Also, we hope this isn’t anticlimactic and that we’ve ruined things for you. This is a concept we’ve wanted to do for a few years.

Amazingly, this isn’t the weirdest approach to a release that we’re experimenting with in 2021. This is limited to 500 copies, 450 of which are available through We Are Busy Bodies. This record will not be repressed.

Thanks to King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard for enabling projects like these.
