The record looks barely played and grades NM.
The insert has hardly any wear apart from some light yellowing/foxing and it grades EX.
The sleeve (with Obi) has hardly any wear apart from some foxing on both sides. Without the foxing, it would have graded NM but with the foxing it now grades VG+ to EX.
