Only played on Dual 1219 turntable with Shore elliptical cartridge using 0.75 gm tracking force; stopped playing when CDs were introduced and stored vertically to prevent warping. King Curtis often played at Small's Paradise in Harlem, which was bought by Wilt "The Stilt" Chamberlain. Although King Curtis is well known for his sax playing, he also sang and played jazz guitar, piano and drums. Soul Twist (my favorite) was the R&B #1 in 1962, but it is not on this album.
