Very Rare 'Short Version' Issue Pressing of First Vinyl LP of TOM TOM CLUB*debut 1st Album on Island Label (Catalogue No ILP 9686 - A Side One Green label/ B Side Two pink label) and featuring the classic tracks, Wordy Rappinghood & Genius of Love (Note this short issue pressing features Booming and Zooming on B side track 4 and not Under The Boardwalk as on later versions).
The album has been 100% play tested and there are a couple of brief clicks on Side Two Track 2 - Lorelei, then some jumps on "On and On", so I have reflected this in the price.
The cover is in reasonably good condition with some scuffs round the edges reflecting the age (40 years) and the sleeve is a bit creased. Dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd class.
*Note: Chris Franz and Tina Weymouth were also members of the band TALKING HEADS.
