This is pop-folk singer and guitarist Jimmie Rodgers singing his two-sided hits "Secretly" (# 3 in 1958) and "Make Me A Miracle" (# 16 in 1958) on Roulette 4070.  This record looks VG++ with minor surface markings but plays in NM condition and comes in a Roulette Records company sleeve. The picture sleeve would be NM except there is tape all along the left seam - so the condition needs to be down graded to VG++. This item comes in a clear, resealable, poly-vinyl protective sleeve with a cardboard backer separating the record from the picture sleeve.
