The record has very light/faint superficial/hairline surface marks and it grades EX.
The gatefold sleeve has very light edge/corner wear with slightly more edge wear on the bottom edges. Very light creasing. There is a very small surface tear in the middle of the sleeve near the top edge. Some light ring wear/rubbing marks and it grades VG+ to EX.
