Sealed, seal is coming off a lot on 1 side, but still together in the middle, proving its never been opened. 1 corner is kinda pushed in, not really a dent, just rounded. None of these are perfect, because they're designed to look like an aging book. Supposedly there's a lp, cd, DVD, puzzle and some other stuff in here, but I've never seen one open. I bought this new back in 2009, and never opened it. I combine shipping costs for multiple wins at a reasonable rate
