This is an EX 1968 UK original 1st press vinyl DOUBLE LP on APPLE RECS cat.no. PCS 7068 and is in EX top opening gatefold laminated sleeve numbered 356758. The discs comes in VG original BLACK INNERS that do have some edge splits and some small tears to the diecut openings. It also has the EX original 4 pictures and the lyric/picture poster.
