IMPOSSIBLY RARE MONO ONE BOX EMI !!
THE BEATLES - SGT PEPPERS LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND VINYL LP
I am in the process of selling the best items of my collection which includes The Beatles White Album Export PPCS. It might be the best copy left out there. It came from from Zambia and the original owner said it was never played.
This auction is for the impossibly rare (especially in this condition) Mono One Box EMI press 1st pressing from 1969
This is an unbelievably rare vinyl and is highly collectable.
PMC 7027 - XEX 637-1 & XEX 638-1
These one box EMI mono pressings were pressed in miniscule numbers, for a very short time, before being deleted. No one wanted mono in 1969 as stereo was all the rage.
The vinyl shows little signs of use and is in excellent condition. It still retains a lovely sheen and looks to have been sparingly played. The labels are excellent with no writing, marks and the lightest spindle wear.
Comes in original outer sleeve with all original inserts. The original sleeve I am grading as Very good, but that is quite conservative as I don't want to over sell it. The insert is just nr mint.
The original outer sleeve is the impossibly rare PMC cover. Most that appear on the market are the 'transitional' mono and stereo printed covers.
