This looks to be the 1963 mono reissue from Riverside. Here's a weird variant misprint I haven't come across any info about. This record has Side 2 labels on both sides. The jacket is ion great condition. A little bit of chipping or cracking along the top and bottom edges, but no splits. The spine's print is a little off center but legible. Very little shelf wear on the cover. The backside with the mostly white finish shows more wear and discoloration. Small amount of writing on the back as well. The original paper sleeve is almost perfect with just some discoloration. No splits. The vinyl looks very good visually. At closer inspection there are some small light scratches, particularly one that seems to cause 2 short skips in the first track during tune up/warm up, so before any real music starts. Otherwise, the playback was very good with no other major defects but this does play with some heavier surface noise. This record has been brushed and washed, but it still sounds that way.
