GRADING

We use a derivative of the Goldmine Grading Guide to grade our records and sleeves as accurately as possible (refer to the grading definitions below to learn more). All grading is based on the subjective opinion of our in-house expert. All records are cleaned and visually inspected in order to determine grading. Sleeves and labels are also visually inspected to determine grading. Not all records are play tested.

S (Sealed) - Record is in original, factory sealed condition. Vinyl would likely be in perfect condition.

NM (Near Mint) - Record is in near-perfect condition with virtually no imperfections.

VG+ (Very Good Plus) - Record is clean and well cared for with very slight wear.

VG (Very Good) - Record shows signs of wear from use. Surface noise is noticeable between tracks, but the listening experience is nice.

VG- (Very Good Minus) - Record shows more significant wear from use. Surface noice is noticeable during playback.

G+ (Good Plus) - Record is significantly worn from use and may not be playable. Surface noise and groove wear are prominent. We rarely grade records in this condition.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Combined shipping is available. We allow a two-week grace period for buyers bidding on multiple LAM auctions, after which we send updated invoices that reflect the combined shipping charges. Buyers may request their updated invoice at any time.

Our standard handling time is 3 days; however, we strive to process record orders the same day, whenever possible. Our records are packed with the care they, and our customers, deserve. All records are placed in protective plastic sleeves, sandwiched between layers of foam or cardboard pads, and sealed in sturdy mailers (or standard boxes for orders of 3 or more) complete with "Fragile - Handle With Care" labels.

Shipping fees within the United States are a flat rate of $5.00 for records 10" and larger, and $4.00 for records smaller than 10" using USPS Media Mail. If you would prefer a different service, please contact us with your request and we would be happy to accommodate. Combined shipping is available for any number of records you purchase.

International Buyers: please contact us if you are having difficulty seeing a shipping fee, or if you would like to request a quote using an alternate service.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your record(s) at no cost to you within 30 days of original purchase for a full refund.
