This one is extremely rare and a great thing to own if you collect or like Neil Young. On sale is the Dutch EMI-Bovema test pressing of Neil Young's classic 1975 Tonight's The Night album. Only a handful of these were made and fewer have survived. This comes from a collection of one of the children of an EMI producer who has kept it stored for over 40 years and has hardly played it. The sleeve has Neil Young written on it and the release number (REB 54040, which should be REP I suppose). The record has the white Proefpersing (Dutch for Test Pressing) label on the A side and a white label on the B side. The sheet with details on the album (cue sheet) is missing. The record sounds good, and looks really good, with only a few ticks and some crackling. The sleeve is in poor condition, with holes made by silverfishes and some tears as well. The glue on the right hand side of the sleeve is dried, so it's open. If you need more pictures than the ones in the listing, let me know. It is over 40 years old and it looks like that. I played the record and there are ticks on A4 and B4, but it doesn't skip. There are some crackling noises, but the record could also do with some cleaning  Registered shipping only!
