This auction is for the vintage record album pictured here. "The Beatles" self-titled "White Album" double record set on Apple Records SWBO 101. This is a vintage copy from 1968 that has the embossed & numbered cover - A1923228 . The cover has wear and splits across the top (fully), and bottom partly. The vinyl is fair for being over 50 years old. There are scuffs and scratches, and played with some skips - Side one: A skip on "Back in the USSR", and a repeating skip on the very end of "While My Guitar...". Side two - Scratch affects first 2 tracks and some ticks on "Julia". Side three - This side visually looks the best. Side four - A deep scratch all the way around "Revolution 1". So basically not a good playing copy, although many songs play just fine. The labels are very clean. Has plain white replacement inner sleeves. Just a neat original copy to have for the historical significance of this amazing album. Please view photos. Great songs by John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison & Ringo Starr include: "Back in the USSR", "Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da", "While My Guitar Gently Weeps", "Blackbird", "Rocky Raccoon", "Birthday", "Helter Skelter" and more!
