THIS IS VAN HALEN SELF TITLED DEBUT 180 Gram Reissue from 2015 Vinyl(#R1 547642) being
mis-matched with the ORIGINAL 1978 USA Cover and Insert(#BSK 3075).
I had multiple copies of this LP and they got mis-matched over the years.

The Vinyl is in very good+ condition.
Nice clean labels with the Letter "V" written in marker on Side II.
The original cover is in good condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, crumples, creases, scrapes, fade spots, peeling and ring wear. There is white fading on the seams and spine. There are NO split seams, but there is a peeling spot on the spine which may lead to a split seam in the furure. There are initials written in pen / ink on the rear cover right on Dave's torso.
The custiom inner sleeve is in Good condition but has a medium sized split seam on the side opposite of the opening. And there are crumples & creases throughout typical with age. The LP is now being housed in a separate plain white sleeve.
