Butthole Surfers Locust Abortion Technician medley flexi MVP002 punk ltd 1500. Flexi that came with Butthole Surfers book "What Does Regret Mean?" on Melodic Virtue Press. The book quickly sold out, but the actually number of flexis pressed outnumbered the books, so Melodic Virtue made some available for mail order. I have the book and love the idea of having an extra flexi as I am a huge Surfers fan, but I just have too much stuff and need to clear some room as I haven't really stopped gathering more goods.
