Mint - Virtually Brand New minus the plastic
Near Mint - As close to mint as possible without being mint (maybe a super small hairline or two)
VG++ - Very good condition that looks very clean but might have a few superficial marks
VG+ - Overall nice condition with some feel able and non feel able marks
VG - Feel able marks, superficial marks and other noted issues
Good - Playable with lots of noise, feel able marks, superficial marks

Record: VG/VG+ (some superficial and feelable marks, there are 3-4x small little mini volacno like protrusions on the vinyl that appear to be from the manufacturing of the vinyl where the music will tick, they are approx 1/8" wide each, the rest of the vinyl is very clean except a few other marks that are mostly superficial)
Jacket: VG++ (Few marks, slight ringwear, minor bottom left corner seam splitting, nothing major beyond that (see photos)
