Plays out very well. Nice clean record. Cover shows minimal wear. No splits on inner sleeve. I would call this EX to NM- record, sleeve and cover. I am not an expert record grader or a store. This is how I see this albums condition. Look at pictures closely. There is a lot of reflections showing on the record mainly my hands and other items from the room. Ask any questions or concerns before hand
