Up for sale is one(1) Van Halen - Self Titled Debut LP from 1978 on Warner Bros. Records (#BSK 3075). FIRST PRESSING. This is the misprint label version with the number 4 listed twice on Side 1. There is No Barcode. 
THIS IS THE SUPER RARE LABEL MISPRINT VERSION WITH side 1 tracks being listed as 1, 2, 3, 4, 4, 5
instead of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. 
PLAY TESTED! I RECENTLY PLAYED THIS LP AND IT  STILL SOUNDS AWESOME, ESPECIALLY CRANKED UP!  IT PLAYS ALL THE WAY THROUGH WITHOUT ANY SKIPS. (but you will hear pops and clicks)
The Vinyl is in good condition, but has surface marks that WILL cause surface noise and pops & clicks along the way. Even with a Good grading there is going to be a certain amount of surface noise. More noticible during the quiet parts. 
Fairly clean labels with spindle marks.
The cover is in good condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, crumples, creases, scrapes, fade spots, peeling and ring wear. There are NO split seams. 
***There is what may be WATER DAMAGE with some peeling at the bottom of the front cover only. It does not affect the rear cover, vinyl or inner sleeve.***(if not for the water damage / peeling on the front bottom cover this would have been graded higher). 
The custiom inner sleeve is in Very Good condition but has a medium to large sized split seam on one side and a small tear at the side opening approximately 1/2 inch. And there are crumples & creases typical with age. The LP is now being housed in a separate plain white sleeve.
I obtained this LP in the late 1970's. It was played many times back in the day, but not played in over 30 years(until recently play tested). It has been in storage ever since.
