The record has light/faint superficial/hairline surface marks/scuffs and it grades VG+.
The company sleeve has some creasing and there are a couple of tears on the opening edge and it grades VG.
The wrap around gatefold sleeve has light creasing/light yellowing/ring wear/rubbing marks and it grades VG+ to EX.
Comes with a brand new standard PVC 7" sleeve.
