This auction is for the vintage record album pictured here. "The Beatles" self-titled "White Album" double record set on Apple Records SWBO 101. This is a vintage copy from 1968 that has the embossed & numbered cover - a very low number at that, with no prefix, just: 0043782 (Shawnee, Ohio zip code!) The cover has wear with a pen mark and is fully split across the top and bottom. The vinyl is fair for being over 50 years old. There are light scuffs and scratches. This early pressing is unbanded (no visible gap between songs). There's static and skips, but some songs play fine. The labels are clean. Has plain white replacement inner sleeves. No inserts are present. Not really a playing copy but, just a neat original copy to have for the historical significance of this amazing album. Please view photos. Great songs by John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison & Ringo Starr include: "Back in the USSR", "Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da", "While My Guitar Gently Weeps", "Blackbird", "Rocky Raccoon", "Birthday", "Helter Skelter" and more!
