The record has the very light/faint superficial/hairline surface marks and grades EX.
The company sleeve has light creasing and grades EX.
The wrap around sleeve has a 1 inch tear on the bottom of the spine. Some light creasing/yellowing with more yellowing on the back and it grades VG to VG+.
