AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

We offer several mail options. Our untracked 'letter' option is by far our most popular service (CDs and DVDs will be well packed in sturdy bubble mailers). This service is very reliable (perhaps sometimes slow) but certainly good value for its pricing. Items over $25 will be shipped with tracking at no extra charge. If you wish to have the ability to track anything under $25, please choose any of the other options available as these all come with tracking.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (outside of Australia)

All international mail is sent as tracked via DHL eCommerce. All tracking will be automatically uploaded once shipped. The tracking details provided are known as a Shipment ID and can be tracked via https://ecommerceportal.dhl.com/track/

US AND CANADIAN CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:

DHL are routing orders to you country via NZ, and there can often be delays along the shipping network, especially with customs and mail sorting at present. Delivery time frame is typically sitting within 4-6 weeks from the time you place your order with us.
