New sealed in perfect condition!! Small tear in plastic wrapper as seen in pic.
30 day returns excepted only if the album has not been opened.
Once the album has been opened I cannot except a return. This is because the new record could be switched for a old one and I would have no way of knowing.
If an album is damaged during shipping and is still sealed you can file for a return.
