Mint - Virtually Brand New minus the plastic
Near Mint - As close to mint as possible without being mint (maybe a super small hairline or two)
VG++ - Very good condition that looks very clean but might have a few superficial marks
VG+ - Overall nice condition with some feel able and non feel able marks
VG - Feel able marks, superficial marks and other noted issues
Good - Playable with lots of noise, feel able marks, superficial marks

Record: VG- (Some superficial and feelable marks, will play with some bg noise, ticks, pops, etc. There is a nice shine for the parts with no scratches also. Lastly, when I received this it had a good amount of weird stuff on the vinyl I was able to clean it up really nicely and I ran this through my ultrasonic cleaner tons of times and its finally at a nice place with just the marks on the vinyl that there is no way to do anything about. Please study the photos also as I have taken photos of the worst places of the vinyl.)
Jacket: G+ (Splitting on all 3x seams, was a good amount of fiber tape I removed over seams to clean it up, cleaning up this vinyl and the cover was more or less a passion project for me to try and save this record vs throwing it out. I think it came out nicely for how bad it looked when I received it with stickers all over it and fiber tape everywhere. I hope the new owner enjoys it as it took me forever to get it to this level.)
