Released April 18, 2015 as a Record Store Day special. Only 4,000 copies ever pressed. Red translucent Ohio shaped vinyl.

The record itself is in mint condition- played only one or two times. The original plastic sleeve is bent at the top and has a small hole at the bottom from the vinyl poking out, but has all of the original tags and stickers.
