Today we have an Elliott Smith self-titled vinyl LP, first US pressing on the Kill Rock Stars label.  KRS-246
This is from my personal collection.  I am the first and only owner.  The record has been played only a handful of times, and has always been kept upright on a shelf inside of a polyvinyl protector sleeve.
I am not a professional record grader, but here is my best take on all of the details: The record itself is very good plus.  I have never had any issues playing it.  Any surface marks are very light and do not affect play.  Some light surface "hazing" is from the manufacturing process, as the record has never been mishandled in any way.
The sleeve is near mint with only very minor corner wear and almost no shelf wear or "ghosting" of the record shape.
The inner lyric sheet and KRS flyer are near mint, flat, and straight.

The record will be carefully bubble wrapped and shipped in a sturdy box between two extra sheets of cardboard for strength.
