Up for sale is one(1) Janis Joplin - The Great Janis LP from 1978 on CBS/Sony Records (#25AP 1251). This is a JAPAN IMPORT PRESSING. There is No Barcode. Includes Foldout Lyric Insert.
This is the 1978 reissue of the 1971 LP of the same name.
DOES NOT INCLUDE the OBI.
The vinyl is in Very Good condition, with some surface marks that will cause surface noise typical with Very Good grading. Even with a Very Good grading there is going to be a certain amount of surface noise. Certainly more noticeable during the quiet parts.The LP comes in a clear plastic inner sleeve.
PLAY TESTED! I recently played this LP and it SOUNDS AWESOME!Nice clean labels.
The sturdy gatefold cover is in Very Good condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, and ring wear. There are No split seams. There are no cut out clips or punch holes.
The foldout inner lyric sheet is in very good condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, crumples and ring wear.
I obtained this LP in the late 1970s. It was gently played back in the day. Not played in many years.
